Lucienne’s Sugar Free Chocolate is NYS made with premium quality cocoa beans, grown on Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms in Ecuador. The beans are roasted and processed in small batches, which helps to maintain a high level of antioxidants and provides great aroma and flavor. The sweetener and cocoa are “conched” together, grinding slowly to keep the temperature low.The result is a smooth and delicious Dark Chocolate, with 83% cocoa content, but with the flavor of a 70% Dark Chocolate. Try it plain, or flavored with Orange or Mint. All their ingredients are 100% natural.
