Lunch at Regional Access

Just your typical lunch at Regional Access. Thank you to Ellen, our very own in-house chef and sales rep extraordinaire for bringing us a taste of the Mediterranean to Upstate NY! Featuring all homemade falafel, hummus, baba ganoush, tabbouleh, tzaziki, za’atar chicken, lemon tahini dressing, tomato, cucumber and pickle relish.

Some of the Regional products used here include: Olea Estates Olive Oil and Kalamata olives (have you tried their olives?? They are hands down superior to any bulk or packaged olive we’ve had in recent history–plump, fruity and perfectly brined!), Sahadi Tahini, organic chickpeas, grapeseed oil, Celtic sea salt, Murray’s boneless skinless chicken thighs, Za’atar spice, Berle Farms yogurt, fine bulgur and chickpea flour. Shout out to the Trumansburg Farmers Market for some fresh local produce.

This job has its perks!

IT guy, graphic designer, marketer, driver, are just some of the hats he wears here at Regional Access. A lifetime spent in the food service industry, a bachelors degree in business economics, a hiatus to travel the country in an RV, it seems like a circuitous route, but his shared love of all things food has finally led him here.
