Hello from Ithaca!

We will be releasing our full Holiday 2015 promotions a bit later in October but we have some great sales and new items to keep you occupied for the next few weeks!

As our retailers know already it’s turkey ordering time! Regional Access will again be offering our favorite Stonewood Farm turkeys for 2015. Ask your sales rep for free posters and pamphlets from Stonewood Farm to display in your store leading up to the holiday.

Chef Jonah Shaw and his Catskill Food Company sausages were recently featured on the Food Network Show “Great American Foods Finds”. We are offering a sale on his bratwursts and garlic beer sausage just in time for Oktoberfest promotions.

And from Red Jacket Orchards, spiced cider is here again and all regular sizes of cold pressed New York state grown cider are on sale.

And for our staff favorite of the month… Limited release heirloom squash seed oil from Stonybrook Wholehearted Foods! This oil has a delicate flavor that complements soft cheeses, roasted vegetables, fish, and salads. Silver Edge Squash Seed Oil is 100% non-GMO varietal oil made from the seeds of silver edge squash. Seeds are roasted and expeller pressed. This oil is produced in very small quantities and has limited availability.

And last but not least Tim and the gang at Maple Hill Creamery continue to show great loyalty to their very first distributor and are offering us the same off invoice discount as UNFI. That means you get a discount too! This yogurt is lightly sweetened with organic evaporated cane sugar and made with natural flavors and real fruit!
