Hello from Ithaca!
Whether you have children or just have customers that eat like hungry children as they run from work to the gym (and back again) we have a ton of great new offerings this month.
The chickpea hitmakers at Ithaca Hummus are supplementing their existing offerings with an innovative new packaging design that includes fresh sliced carrots ready to dip into any of three flavors of delectable, preservative free, lebanese style fresh hummus.
In addition to supplying the fresh cut carrots to Ithaca Hummus, the Finger Lakes Fresh Food Hub is also introducing 1oz grab and go Empire Apple Chips. The packages were conceived to work best on a pin strip near a register or deli, and they are a healthy alternative to many school cafeteria snacking options.
On the new supplier front, have you ordered Full Sun Non-GMO canola oil and craft sunflower oil yet? Vermont made and standout retail packaging complement the food service offerings that are restaurant and food service ready.
Our friends at Emmy’s are running a promotion on the classic macaroon 3 packs. Not that you should ever bribe a child to do well but these delectable macaroons in 6 great flavors will surely keep them happy long after lunch is over. They are gluten free, vegan, and made with organic ingredients as always.
And it’s not all about school! New York state made cheese is often exceptional and we have a few additions for your deli case or cheese board ready to go. Cooperstown Cheese Company has branched out into mixed milk cheeses and goat’s milk cheese that are made in collaboration with Dutch Girl Cheese. We decided to offer both new items in full wheels and in prepacked wedges. Be sure to try them out today.
If that’s not enough for now make sure you go ahead check out the PDF below.
