Warehouse Pickup Procedures

First, thank you very much for your order.  In an effort to minimize any exposure or spread of the Corona virus, we are asking all warehouse P/U customers to please adhere to the following policies:

 

* Please confirm w/our office your P/U day and a time frame within a 2 hour window–preferably when you are placing your order, but at a minimum 24 hours before your arrival.

 

* Please note that we are ONLY ACCEPTING ACH PAYMENTS or PRE-AUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS for all warehouse p/u orders–THIS MEANS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS.  If you have not set up your ACH information with our accounting office, please to so by following this link

 

* Upon arrival at our warehouse, please text or call the phone number on the sign posted by our door.  You may back up your vehicle by the roll-up door right next to our main door–a member of our staff will meet you there with your order and invoice.

 

*We will review your order with you and a member of our staff will sign or initial your invoice for you and if needed assist you with loading your products.  We do ask that everyone respect the need for personal space and work to keep our distance–we want everyone to stay as healthy as possible through this crisis.

 

* If you have any special needs or requirements, please communicate those with us beforehand so that we can assess the best way to accommodate you.
