12 month aged raw milk cheese. The Hornbacher cheese is produced by the passionate Gourmino master cheesemaker Michael Spycher at his cheese dairy Fritzenhaus in Wasen. The nutrient-rich milk comes from the surrounding hills and gives the cheese a very special flavor profile. This is the basis for the high quality of Michu’s cheeses. This mountain cheese has been cared for with love and ripens in cellars to develop the unique rind and taste.
